Why We Share the Love of Jesus with the World

Preached by

Here is a possible strong introductory paragraph:

Reaching the lost with the love of Christ should be at the heart of every church and believer. The message calls listeners to embrace spiritual responsibility for reaping the great spiritual harvest around them, looking beyond the surface to see the potential in every soul and intentionally developing connections with those who do not yet know Jesus. If we truly understand the heart of God, a compassion and love for the lost will grow within us, motivating us to action as we seek to share the good news.

  • We must own the responsibility for reaping the harvest and reaching lost people. We cannot expect non-believers to come to us.
  • We must intentionally develop a love and connection with those who do not know Christ by spending time with them.
  • We must have “eyes for the harvest” and see people beyond the surface to see how we can reach them.

The spiritual harvest around us is ripe, but the laborers are few. Each one of us has been given the task of sharing Christ’s message of reconciliation with a lost world. Let us commit ourselves to looking for opportunities to speak life and truth into those we encounter each day. Though many will ultimately reject the Gospel, some will receive it and be transformed. Treasuring the souls of men, women and children above all else, may we go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit to reap the harvest that matters most. The eternal fruit we gather through faithfully sharing Christ’s love will remain long after this life has passed.
