Is My Anxiety Normal?

Preached by

Living with constant anxiety has become all too common in today’s world. But there is freedom from this troubling state of being through casting our worries and cares upon God who loves and cares for us deeply.

  • Let your anxiety prompt you to pray. Prayer leads to peace.
  • Change your perspective through gratitude and focusing on God’s faithfulness. Our worries often never come to pass.
  • Don’t carry burdens you were never meant to bear. Cast your anxieties on God.

We can come to God as a child comes to their father, finding comfort in his arms. The cross shows us God’s deep love and care for us. Though anxiety may remain, we can have peace through faith in Christ.
